Blurry Photo

If your images are blurry in the designer it could be for two reasons:

1. If you see a red exclamation mark this could be a warning that the photo is low resolution. In this case you can still use the photo, however it may not print out well. For Photobooks we recommend your photos being around 2000x4000 pixels and between 3-4mb. 

You can check the quality of your photo by right clicking on the photo in Windows Explorer and then selecting 'Properties'. 


2. If your images are high resolution our software may display a low resolution version to improve the application performance. Please double check the preview button shown below to view the photo quality.
