Our software supports most files and photos from your digital camera.

Our software also supports scanned images. We recommend using a DPI setting of 300 DPI if you want to use scanned images or photos.

We recommend using using JPEG or PNG photo files for best results.

You can use transparent PNJ files for frames, borders and scrapbook items.

For Photobooks we recommend using photos that are around 2000x4000 pixels and around 2-4mb.

If your photos are over 5mb in size you may need to resize them as the software may have trouble uploading large photos.

You can check the size and pixels of your photo by right clicking on the photo in Windows Explorer and selecting 'Properties'.

Please bear in mind that the larger you stretch your photo, the lower the DPI and quality. If you receive the low quality image warning, try making the photo a little smaller on the page.
